  • Cough Into Your Elbow
  • Have A Good Immune System By:
  • Get at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Wash your hands.
  • Keep up with your vaccinations. ... But do not visit the doctor frequently
  • Keep your weight healthy.
  • Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
